Wouldn't it be interesting to keep a photographic record of that tree over the next 25 years? By then, its shadow would be rather on the large side!

Thanks for all your kind comments about our tiny tree! It actually has a mate just a few feet away that is equally Tiny. My husband planted them and I think they are fruit trees. We've had bad luck with fruit trees in the past (for one reason or another...some beyond our control) so I hope these live to grow tall and strong.

The road in the photo is our driveway. To the right it leads to the county road. To the left it leads to our pond and pasture (pictured in an earlier SSS).
