I realize that most of the time fast food fare is not healthy eating. That doesn't change the fact that I like it on occasion. As for the new regulations about posting nutritional information in these places? If I'm splurging on fast food, I really don't want to know how many calories or how much sodium I'm eating. Just let me enjoy my "bad for me" meal without the guilt trip!

Hmmm...I didn't think about pizza. I guess because it's not as "fast" as the others. Pizza Hut might take the place of Subway.

Let's have a good time. If it's fun it's probably not good for you. We all know that, so there's no need for guilt. Just do it.
I was going to suggest Pizza Hut. We have Pizza Hut and Subway over here. It's a very close call between them. They're both excellent and fun.

Apart from subway we don't have any of those chains here in the north east of England - I believe there is taco bell in certain parts of the country though.
To be honest I prefer good old fish and chips as my form of fast food.
McDonalds is loved by nieces and nephew so we have been in there but we personally prefer Burger King if I feel in need of a thick milk shake(yum)
Pizza Hut I've also been in but found them expensive, much preferring a pizza from our local takeaway.
Husband dearest occassionly likes a subway but for me there isn't much choice for non-meat eaters. The bread is lovely though.
We used to eat at KFC before I gave up meat and before they stopped making those scones. (HD would kill to know the recipe for those scones)

Oh, I thought this was one of those posts I couldn´t comment on because I didn´t know any of the places, but I do! And I like Subway a lot :D Gorgeous sandwiches.

Sonic sucks here....the service is always TERRIBLE.
I forgot about Chick-fil-a ... the rest of the family LOVES it. I tolerate it.
Here are mine, but with reservations....
Sonic - no other fast food place gives you a BLT!
McDonalds - but only iced coffee and egg mcmuffins
Dunkin' Donuts - iced coffee, or hot, and those breakfast wraps only!

Steak and Shake. I can't help it. I love the Patty Melt.
Well, it is hard to avoid fast food sometimes! Here are my faves:
Chick-Fil-A -- Delicious and not all that bad for you.
Sonic -- I'm just in it for the grape slushes. YUMMMMMMMMMM!
Boston Market -- Fast food that feels like real home cooking (or, in my case, better than home cooking)
McDonalds -- Say what you want, but when their fries are good, they cannot be beat. and their EggMcMuffins are the perfect breakfast sandwich.
Pizza -- Anytime, anywhere. It takes a lot of mess up a slice of pizza.
