One of my favorite summer sandwiches!

Crisp bacon
"Jackby" cheese
Fresh guacamole
Homegrown yellow tomato
Shaved mesquite-smoked turkey breast
Piled on a bun with a little mayo & Dijon mustard

Jackby cheese? Not something I am familiar with. What kind of cheese is it?

Yum. By the way, how are the yellow tomatoes? Do they taste the same as the red ones? xoxo

Yuuuuuuuuuuuummmmmmmmm!! I'm drooling as I type!

I just finished another 8-hour purge (kitchen again this time) and I'm famished!!!!!!

That really looks good. Reminds me of my fav. 'wich at Jason's Deli here.... California Club: turkey, sprouts, cheese, guacamole on a croissant.

I really need to go eat...LOL!

Tracy- Jackby is a cross between Monterrey Jack and Colby.

Marion- If you closed your eyes you wouldn't be able to tell the difference. They might be just a tad less acidic.

Pam, Boonsong- Glad it looked tasty to you!

OMG. Looks so good. I'll have to put them in a salad instead of a bun.
