Making my way through the ups and downs of life, holding fast to my favorite Bible verse: "For we walk by faith, not by sight." ~2 Corinthians 5:7.
I began blogging in earnest at Yahoo360 on October 24, 2005. (briefly using LiveJournal and blog-city prior to that) In June 2008 I moved to Blogger. I'm now at WordPress where I hope to remain.
The e-mail campaign to find homes for the puppies was fruitless. My daughter found someone to take one of the little girls last week, but that still leaves seven. They will be eight weeks old on Wednesday.
Oh, Kelly! I had to scroll through real fast so I wouldn't want to drive to El Dorado and pick one out! Ray and I are debating on whether or not to keep the four kittens we have raised now for almost 3 months. It's time to get them fixed or give them away and I'm attached to all of them. :-( But he's the one emptying the kitty litter boxes, bless his heart. I feel your pain! Good luck! Blessings!
They are so precious. I arrived in Atlanta tonight and Olivia, Claire and I are admiring the pictures. The names are precious too. I wish we could have gotten one but with the wedding it is clear a new puppy would not have worked out. Olivia found out today she got accepted to adopt one from a shelter in San Fran. so when she returns next Sunday a new puppy will await her. Her name is Trixie and is a a lab and border collie mix.She is black like Houdini who we fell in love with. I so hope you can find puppies. Pat
Oh man, it's a good thing I didn't make it by there when I was in Eldo. I might have been bringing a puppy home and that would have made my 25th anniversary my last . . .
**** And I just wanted to stop by and say hello to you (during the coming days I will try to catch up with all of the posts which I have missed, though I am still an irregular visitor.) Hugs, Raven
