Love the cartoon and the picture of the GREEN cake! My Irish husband's birthday is on St. Patrick's Day, so I should bake a green cake for him, too! Your cake looks exceptionally moist - is there a special recipe?

Karen - I don't remember the brand, but it was just a boxed white cake mix. I think what made it so moist was that it called for egg whites (3) instead of whole eggs. It really was extra moist and delicious!
