Your Issue Profile: 16% Obama, 84% McCain |
![]() The results are in, and John McCain is definitely your choice. You're probably not surprised. It's possible you've had your eye on McCain for years. Popular or not, you will likely stick by McCain. For you, it's a matter of principle. And besides, there's something exciting about rooting for the underdog! |

It was hard to answer some questions having not lived in the US for so long.

Truth be told, you're not really satisfied with either of the candidates.
You could vote for either of them. You are the typical coveted swing voter.
You may want to narrow yourself down to a particular set of issues in order to pick your president.
Or start looking at third party candidates. One of them might suit you better.
Wow! You know, that describes me to a tee!
And, at the moment I'm still not sure what I'll do.

While it sounds like Obama is the choice for you, he's not a perfect match.
You and John McCain actually share some of the same views.
Whether this is news to your or not, you have some studying to do.
Obama seems like he's the right fit, but it's an important issue might sway you over to McCain.
I'm surprised it's not more like Pam's. What will probably keep me in this corner is Palin. She was about as intelligent a choice as Dan Quayle or Harriet Miers for Supreme Court.
She's about as intelligent a choice as the night I decided in Chicago that one more shot of whiskey wouldn't get me any sicker.
It may just take a WOMAN to get McCain elected. I watched her speech last night and everything I have read and heard about her (excluding the smear attacks) is impressive to me. I think Palin is a brilliant choice if she holds up to her reputation and how she is perceived now. Time will tell. She has certainly helped rally the conservative base and should help pull in more woman votes.
Yea, Linda -- what you said.
